When you complete our prequalification form, schedule a consultation, or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, income, monthly debts, credit score range, employment type, whether you have a co-borrower, an estimated purchase price or home value, and an estimated loan amount. We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, or bank account numbers on our prequalification form. If you later complete a full loan application, additional information is collected through our secure application system.

Like most websites, our site may automatically receive basic technical information such as your browser type and pages visited.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate loan options with you, contact you about your request, and operate and improve our services. With your consent, we may contact you by phone call, text message, and email, including by automated technology. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of getting a loan.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide the services you request, for example with wholesale lenders, credit reporting agencies, appraisal and title providers, and the service providers that help us run our business (such as scheduling, email, and data storage tools). We may also share it as required by law, to prevent fraud, or with your consent.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may ask us to stop calling or emailing you. You may also ask us to update or delete the information you gave us, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations. Contact us using the details below.
